I was very skeptical concerning the Policies and Procedures being within guidlines for the state I live in. The team reassured that Certified Homecare Consulting follows all rules and regulations when writing the policies and procedures. I called several times because I was nervous but overall when I received the package; I screamed and fell in love with the colors, the font and most important the Policies and Procedures.
