I was very skeptical concerning the Policies and Procedures being within guidlines for the state I live in. The team reassured that Certified Homecare Consulting follows all rules and regulations when writing the policies and procedures. I called several times because I was nervous but overall when I received the package; I screamed and fell in love with the colors, the font and most important the Policies and Procedures. One day I was in the dark, I tried to look for a light, it turned out that the light I found was a light that would illuminate my life for the rest of my life.
I called a number I didn’t recognize. The number is CHC far away in the East of America, while I was in the West.
A gentle woman answered the phone, from her voice I was sure she was a wise woman, she is Amy Wise from CHC. Since then every night there is no doubt like I get medicine from that sound, like a bright bright light. I don’t want to lose that light. From the beginning of our conversation, I decided that I am sure After darkness there will be light to shine in my life. It was proven… Last week that light became a reality lamp. That the team from CHC didn’t work hard BUT WORKED SMART!!, creating a lamp that I was looking for.
Of course I miss Alison, replaced by Donna full of patience in dealing with my darkness. Tristan is very patient in serving anything for me 👍🏾 Jack gave me the confidence to run this business, I have real hope. And Susan Weber and Katia Pierre she was gave me very details explanations.
