After researching various companies to help us start our Home Care Organization, Certified Homecare Consulting was by far the most professional and took the time to be thorough about what their process looks like. They certainly did not fall short of anything they promised and made the long and daunting experience of dealing with our states (CA) DSS licensing seem truly effortless from our end.

Had an exceptional video call to go over policies with Mr. Haddad and to go over hiring and protocols with Ms. Thompson. Each separate meeting was absolutely needed and I left the meeting eager and ready to get going with this new journey I have just begun to start! Feeling motivated and empowered. Susan, our clinical nurse consultant has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we understand how to properly document and in preparing us for the Medicare survey. CHC did a terrific job helping us understand and navigate through the process to file an application for and receive our Private Home Care Provider license with the State of Georgia. They provided us with the appropriate documents, policies, procedures, and clear guidance to complete this process in less than 90 days, which is the typical time period for the state to review and decide upon PHCP applications. We believe that we could not have obtained this license in the timeframe that we did without CHC’s help! We highly recommend that anyone needing assistance with state license applications contact CHC.

“We are just getting ready to open. Certified did a great job getting us up and ready to open. There are other companies like yours, but they are much more expensive. I am sure they can’t be as good as your company. I am very thankful I didn’t get sucked into a franchise. They want 35 to 50 thousand in franchise fees & they sell you air and zip codes with 20,000 people. If you want to expand then you pay another franchise fee. On top of that you pay them 5 to 6 per cent on gross sales forever.
